The Women of Reggio Imports have been helping our customers create signature looks for over 10 years. Options was created as an extension of what we have been doing at Reggio Events, in women’s homes and at our boutique-creating an individualized shopping experience tailored to your needs, taste and budget.

Our experienced Consultants will create an Options package designed just for you, with 3-7 items, including any accessories you may need. You have the option to keep what you love and return the rest. What could be easier!

Here is an Overview of the Options Process
1. Complete the Options Profile ?

Start by completing the Options Profile, this is the tool we use to create an overview of your needs. The profile is designed to again give you options, tell us your entire fashion history, or just fill in the blanks-however, we promise it is painless and will likely take under 15 minutes.

2. Schedule a Chat with your Stylist?

Reggio Options is all about you, and we take your needs very seriously so for us- it’s personal. After completing your profile we would like to schedule a short visit, via phone if possible. However, if you prefer Skype or e-mail-just check your preference and preferred contact time and we will call within that timeframe. We understand you are swamped and rarely take a moment for yourself, so again we promise to be brief.

3. Stalk the Carrier?

We do provide a tracking number so you can simply thank those hard working carriers and get right to opening your Options Package. From here the fun begins! Your package will include an itemized list of every item to include the size, description, color, and price. Please try on every piece-even if it feels too far out of your box. Trying something new is part of the adventure, and of course there may be several items that bring new life to existing pieces in your closet.

4. Purchase what you Love-Return the Rest?

We know this is sounding redundant but Options is really all about you-so keep what you love, return what’s not working. You have three business days to decide what items you wish to keep, and what you would like to return.

5. How Billing Works?

Your credit card will only be charged for the items you wish to purchase. The process is simple; log into your account on the web-site (you should have established your account when you signed up) and remit payment for the items you are keeping. There will be a complete listing of each item in your Options Package, just click on what you want to keep, and you will have an immediate final invoice which you can print, or refer to in your member account on the web-site.

6. Returning Items?

It’s so easy! Fold and re-package the items you wish to return (just like Mom taught you) and place them in the enclosed pre-paid USPS mailing bag. Find that friendly carrier or drop it in any USPS mailbox. Free shipping is just one of the many perks of being an Options member. You have 3-business days to return any unwanted items, and we ask that you stick with that schedule. So, if your Options Package arrives on Tuesday, we would expect you would return any unwanted items on Friday. We use USPS Priority Mail, which provides a tracking number for each shipment. We will do our best to work with you if your package does not arrive on time, just contact us and we will do our best to work with you. If you do not return your items within 3 days we will assume you are happy as a clam, and charge your card accordingly. You must return all items within the 3-day time frame, additional returns will not be accepted after that date. It’s really easy and even Cinderella had a deadline, but look at how well it turned out for her!

7. Styling Fee?

The $15 Consulting fee is applied as credit toward the items you wish to purchase. If you decide to purchase the entire Options Package you get a whopping 25% off! It’s a great deal and again designed with you in mind. The $15 fee can only be applied to the current Options Package we send, and cannot be applied to future shipments and is non-refundable. We rarely have someone that does not fall in love with at least one item, so it is well worth the investment.

8. Scheduling your Next Options Package?

As an Option member you choose how often you would like to receive shipments. In the member section of the web-site we have a suggested schedule, however it’s up to you. This is not an auto-ship program, there are no monthly fees. Check the Option that works best for you, it is easy to change. You will receive notification when we are shipping, and have an opportunity to chat with your Consultant and make any changes you deem necessary. You can also change, alter or cancel your Options Package at any time. There is information in the member section, or shoot us an e-mail and we will take care of it and send you confirmation we received your request.

9. What is the Cost?

The Style Profile and discussion with your Consultant will help determine what price points you are most comfortable with. This is one area where our experience working with hundreds of women will work to your advantage. We carry a wide variety of styles and price points, and are confident we can put together a package that will fun, functional and affordable. Cost may be one of the biggest advantages to being an Options member. In addition to having a package delivered to your door that is tailored to your needs and lifestyle, you have little investment in time or money, and you get a huge 25% discount if you decide to purchase the entire package. Compare that to your last shopping trip which may have started with just trying to find a parking space! We do understand you need a little “retail therapy” once in a while and we hope that Options will be just the ticket.

10. What’s in the Box?

This is determined by your profile, consultation with your stylist and the season. We carry nearly every category from career to casual and also specialty items when you have an occasion that demands something special. Our wide range of wardrobe options include everything from dresses to jeans, and of course accessories you made need to pull the outfit together. We work directly with both National and European brands, and are always on the hunt for cutting edge style, and designers. We hope Options will introduce you to some new brands and looks you may have passed up on your last shopping trip.

11. Age, Size & Gender?

Over the course of the last 10 years we have had the privilege of dressing women in every age range and size. Currently our sizes are best suited to those women who are and size 0-16. However, we do stock some petite and plus sizes, and will do our best to meet any size requirement you may have. As you know sizing can sometimes be brand dependent. That is why we insist on having you complete the Options Profile and setting up a Consultation so we can save you the time and frustration of not having the correct size. In addition we do have some items that are perfect for maternity, simply let your Consultant know what you may be looking for and we will do our best to send you some great Options! We do not offer men’s clothing, and have no plans to do so in the future.

12. Requests?

Please let your Consultant know if you have something specific you need or are looking for. Pictures are truly worth a thousand words, so if you have items you want to send us we will do our best to send you something similar. The internet is flooded with fabulous fashion ideas, however we want to make sure it is a size and style that is right for you. The Style Boards are designed to give you an idea of some of the styles that Options has available. Our Consultants are focused on finding items that are tailored to your lifestyle. If you have a specific request we will do our best to include it in your Options Package, just let us know.
